Conference SSE and the Commons"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>4th International Conference\u00a0Social and Solidarity Economy and the Commons\u00a0<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Beyond the \u201cDecarbonization Consensus\u201d:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>The Ethics and Practices of Sympoiesis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">The fourth international conference \u201cSocial Solidarity Economy and the Commons\u201d will be a meeting point for researchers, activists, public officials and social entrepreneurs involved in social and solidarity economy, governance of the commons and new social movements in different parts of the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">The conference will take place from the<strong>\u00a013th to 15th of November 2024<\/strong>\u00a0at the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iscte-iul.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instituto Universit\u00e1rio de Lisboa<\/a>\u00a0(Iscte) in Lisbon, Portugal<\/strong>. The aim is to co-create an open, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary space for exchange of knowledge and socio-political experiences on new approaches to economic organisation and governance based in solidarity, cooperation and common ownership from across the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">The conference is organized by the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cei.iscte-iul.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre for International Studies<\/a>\u00a0(CEI-Iscte).<\/strong>\u00a0The website includes the conference\u2019s call for contributions. It also includes information about organization of the conference, the topics addressed, registration details and participation costs.
